DIGESTIVE ISSUES AND LIVING YOUR DREAM After 20 years of digestive issues and not being able to work, my client who had tried everything but couldn't get to the root cause -- not one second did any of her health care providers ask her "What happened 20 years ago?" Any time you want to heal from a chronic physical or emotional "disorder" it's wiser to put the diagnosis aside and ask questions which expose the lie or inauthenticity-- and GET TO WORK. In my clients case, 20 years ago while her and her boyfriend of 8 years were on a 3 month break, she was seeing other people and when she spent the night at her boyfriends place and got pregnant-- for 9 months the secret she was hiding (that she didn't know for certain which one the daddy was) created a state of paralyzing guilt that persisted long after she discovered the father was actually her bf (because he's black)👼🏾. "I'm a bad person." "I'm not worthy of love" Once you know the conflict behind your disorder, you know how to clear it-- as every story of suffering has a delusion behind it that once you dissolve, produces a state of well being in the body. As she brought into conscious awareness the lie... the false belief and we destroyed it-- she went from having a digestive attack to having certainty she was loved... and as the guilt dissolved, so did her symptoms. 20 year Breakdown to breakthrough in 60 minutes. #digestive symptoms gone right away. This is the beginning of her new journey towards true healing-- by changing her story and getting all aspects of her life in perfect alignment so she can get back to health and working for her future that has been stuck for 20 years. I am 100% certain you can get there if you believe you can. This was the view on my session as I walked Lucy. The road hasn't been easy and has been with many challenges. But The fact that I can travel the world and change someone's health and life with a powerful tool distilled by all my teachers before me is a fulfillment of a dream. This was my office today. #sunrise #thankyougod

This is something I just shared in my private Facebook group and I thought you'd benefit greatly: TRUST I’ve discovered the underlying root cause of stress is not unmet expectations. It goes much deeper than that. It’s actually about TRUST. We INHERENTLY feel disconnected from our Source and have the belief that He/She/It won’t be there. We stop believing that – as Gabby Bernstein puts it “The Universe has your back”. This month, I’m urging all of us in the group to try something new. To Trust. To boldly dream. To take action in Faith. To step forward and take action steps in FULL TRUST that the path will be opened, the way will be shown, the right connection will be made, the money will show up, and the right person who needs our help will be there. But only if we take action and TRUST. facebook.com/groups/mentaloptimizationoverviewexperience/

That amazing feeling when you can bring your dog to work. The most rewarding careers come when you can be fully yourself -- vulnerable and real-- and be able to make a difference in someone else's life. The more I humble myself and work on having the best version of myself emerge--the more my outer world actually reflects the dreams in my inner world. #powernotforce #icebreaker

Bouncing, jumping, elastically expressing is the true fountain of youth. That's why children jump and bounce all over the place and older folks look old cause they lost their spring. The issue is to condition the elastic components and keep adaptation going in the right direction but the cost is wear and tear via impact - landings mostly. One way to get enough good reps while minimizing damage is stair jumps. As opposed to box jumps, the stair jump is a more utilitarian horizontal plus vertical combo but more importantly there is no 'jump down' and impact forces are extremely small - you can walk down the stairs. Risk management is key of course and proper prep of the ankles, knees, hips and spine as well as technical prep should precede such a practice but once you are ready, a fair amount of reps can be worked up to without joint damage and while keeping elasticity high, hence - remaining youthful and healthy in your motion. Never stop bouncing folks. You don't stop bouncing cause you got older, you grow older cause you stopped bouncing! Ido http://www.idoportal.com
